LeRobot brings the Hugging Face approach to robotics. It provides pretrained models, datasets and training code so people can teach robots tasks using imitation learning and reinforcement learning.
The project supports low-cost hardware, which lowers the barrier for hobbyists and labs, and shares datasets of robot demonstrations on the Hugging Face hub. Tools handle data recording, training and evaluation.
LeRobot is free and open source. It is a good starting point for learning how modern robot policies are built.
