AI Directory, at aidirectory.website, is a directory of AI tools. You can browse it by category, search it by keyword, filter by price, and open a page for each tool with a description, pricing type, tags and a link to the tool's own website.

What you'll find here
The directory lists several hundred AI tools, sorted into more than a hundred categories. They range from writing assistants and image generators to coding tools, research aids and niche products built for a single job. Each tool has its own page at an address like aidirectory.website/tools/tool-name.
A tool page typically shows:
- the tool's name, logo and short description
- its pricing type: Free, Freemium, Paid, Free Trial or Open Source
- the categories and tags it belongs to
- a button that takes you to the tool's website
We don't host or run any of these tools. We point you to them. If you sign up for something you found here, you're dealing with that company, not with us.
Where the tools come from
Some tools are submitted by the people who make them. Others are added by our team so the directory isn't limited to products whose makers happened to submit them.
Is it free to use?
Yes. Browsing, searching and reading tool pages needs no account and no payment.
How the order of tools is decided
On the tools page, the newest tools come first unless you switch to alphabetical order. The exception is featured tools. Some owners pay for promoted placement, and those tools are pinned near the top and carry a "Featured" label. A label means promoted, not tested or recommended by us.
What we don't do
- We don't test every tool in depth. A listing means a tool exists and fits the directory, not that we vouch for its quality, accuracy or privacy practices.
- We don't guarantee that pricing information is current. Companies change plans without telling us. Check the tool's own website before you pay for anything.
