We're a small team, and a real person reads what you send. This article explains how to reach us and how to write a message that gets a useful answer the first time.
How to contact us
- Email: [email protected]
- The contact form, where you can choose a subject such as General Inquiry, Partnership, Bug Report, Feature Request or Press Inquiry.
We can't promise an exact response time. If you haven't heard back after a few working days, send a short follow-up. Messages do occasionally land in spam, so check your own spam folder too.
What to include
- The tool name and, if you have it, the address of its page on our site.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- For a bug, the device and browser you're using, and a screenshot if you can.
Please don't send passwords, full card numbers or other secrets. We'll never ask for them.
Reporting a problem with a listing
If you've found a tool that's broken, misleading, dangerous or not what it claims to be, let us know. Use the contact form with the Bug Report subject, or email us. Include the link to the tool page and say what's wrong. Specifics help most: for instance, "the website returns an error", "the pricing is wrong, it costs $20 a month and not free", or "this tool takes payment and doesn't deliver".
For listings that appear to be scams, impersonate another company, or promote illegal content, say so up front so we can prioritize it. We remove listings that break our rules. We can't always tell you what we decided, but we do read every report.
Is a listing using your trademark or content?
If you believe a listing infringes your rights, email us with the page address, what you own, and how to reach you. We'll look into it and respond.
Suggestions and partnerships
If you have an idea for the site, a category we're missing, or something you want to do together, write to us. Short and specific works best.
Press
Choose the Press Inquiry subject on the contact form, or email us with your deadline.
