Most problems have a quick fix. Try the one that matches what you're seeing. If none works, contact us and tell us what you tried.
A tool's Visit link doesn't work
The tool's own website may be down, moved, or shut down. Try its address directly in your browser. If it's really gone, let us know with a link to the tool page and we'll fix or remove the listing. Links sometimes pass through a short redirect on our site first. That is normal.
Search finds nothing
Use shorter, simpler words, clear any price filter or category you set earlier, and try a related term. The tools page shows when a filter is active and has an option to clear it. More ideas in How to find the right AI tool.
A page looks broken or out of date
Do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows and Linux, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If it still looks wrong, tell us which page, your browser and device, and send a screenshot.
Information on a tool page is wrong
Pricing, descriptions and websites can go out of date. Check the tool's own site for the current facts, then tell us what's wrong so we can correct it.
I can't sign in with Google
You only need to sign in for a few features, since browsing needs no account. If sign-in fails or loops back to the sign-in page:
- Make sure cookies are enabled for aidirectory.website. Strict privacy settings, some extensions and private windows can block them.
- Try a normal window with extensions off, or another browser.
- Check that you're choosing the Google account you meant to. If you're signed in to several, Google may preselect a different one.
- Make sure your device's date and time are right.
We only support Google sign-in. There are no passwords to reset.
