Raycast

Raycast is a launcher for macOS that replaces Spotlight with something far more capable. You open it with a shortcut, then search files, run scripts, control apps, manage windows or call an extension for tools like GitHub, Linear and Jira. Its AI features let you chat with several models, run AI commands on selected text, and build your own commands. Developers like it because small repeat tasks, such as formatting JSON or opening a pull request, take a couple of keystrokes. The core app is free, and a Pro plan adds the AI features and extras like cloud sync. It is mostly for Mac users who want their whole workflow reachable from the keyboard.
