Vectara

Vectara offers retrieval augmented generation as a service. You upload your content, and the platform handles chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking and the final grounded answer, so you don't have to assemble those parts yourself. It puts a lot of weight on trust, with citations on every answer and a model for scoring how well a response is supported by the source text. Security features such as access controls and private deployments suit regulated industries. Vectara has a free tier and paid plans for production. It is a good match for companies that want working enterprise search without building a pipeline.
